Yesterday, August 9th, marked six years of marriage for Cody and me. Can you believe it?! We were grateful to Noelle and Cesar for their babysitting services. They are the best! Our anniversary date consisted of window shopping, eating at Famous Dave's, and seeing WALL-E. It was so nice to spend some time together without the bubs!
It's interesting to look back on the past six years and reflect on the experiences we have had thus far. It's interesting to see how life plans change and how some things just can't be planned for (like having twins). We have weathered some trying times and we have had incredibly happy times. It has been and continues to be a learning process. I'm so grateful to have Cody. Sometimes I wonder how we ever got together because we are so incredibly different, but I have found that we can learn from those differences, that I appreciate a different perspective. And in the end, we agree on the matters that are most important. We strive for the same eternal goals. Anyway, I didn't mean to get all mushy . . . . The point is, I love Cody. Happy Anniversary to us!

Congratulations! It's crazy how much has changed in just six years--for the better, of course! You are such a cute family. Glad you started blogging. You have good taste in templates (Jeremy said it can the Lloyd Family template.)
Happy Anniversary! We're coming up on our 6th year as well, TIME FLIES, doesn't it? Hope all is well!
Hey!
Happy Anniversary! I wish I would've read you blog before our walk this morning and I would've been able to ask you how everything went.
So, i was thinking that if you're going to read "North and South", after your done, we can get together and drool over the movie. What do ya say?!
or you can just borrow a copy from me. Did you finish the movie today? Ahhhhh....
By the way, I read your book today and I absolutely LOVED it! I couldn't put it down. Mike made prediction that he would die at the end and I was so ticked. I would have been livid it that would've happened. I REALLY LOVED the ending. Thanks for lending it to me. I'll run it over to you tomorrow with "North and South" when I take choir flyers around.
Yes, Happy Anniversary to you both! A little late. Thanks for your sweet comments and prayers. It truly is a miracle. I couldn't agree more that life seems to turn out the way you never expect it to. Good and bad! :)
